While real alcohol is infused into the product, the alcohol content gets burned off during the cooking process, leaving the residual base flavour notes. The finished product is virtually alcohol-free.

TASTING NOTES:
The rich buttery notes in the caramel, are accented with the smooth, peppery taste of aged Añejo tequila. Accented with the complementary saltiness of lemon salt.
