Shipping policy

In-Store Pickup

When checking out, you can choose Pickup as an option for orders of any size. If the store is open, your order should be available within 1 hour - you will get a notification when your order is ready for pickup. If we are closed at time of order, it will be available next business day. You are welcome to pick it up anytime during our hours of operation. If you are unable to pick up within these windows, please consider the local delivery option.

Local Delivery:

Local delivery is an option for Windsor, Tecumseh, and Lasalle orders over $50. You must be within a 19km radius of 55 Maiden Lane West in Windsor in order to see the option available to you when you check out. 

Deliveries are completed every Monday and Thursday. If you order from Thursday-Sunday, your delivery will arrive the following Monday. If you order between Monday-Wednesday, your order will be delivered on Thursday. 

If you require a specific timeline for your delivery, please indicate this by responding to your order confirmation with a follow up email and we will do our best to accommodate you. We can also wrap the order as a gift/write a gift tag - please add a note if it is a gift!

Shipping

We use Canada Post to ship orders both within Canada and Internationally.

Free shipping is an available option for any order over $100 in Canada, and the most economical option will be chosen to ship your product. If you require it within a certain timeframe, please consider utilizing the Expedited paid shipping options.

Items are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. Within Canada, the expected delivery date is 4 business days from date of shipment. For international orders, shipments to the United States may take 6-10 business days to arrive, and all other countries 14-20 business days. Please use these guidelines to estimate when an item will get to you! If express shipping is required, please select the appropriate express option at checkout to ensure your item is shipped priority.
