Wild Folk Mocktails

The Mezcal Margarita is our newest non-alcoholic botanical cocktail, inspired by the heat-loving Agave succulent which is traditionally roasted and distilled into smokey mezcal. Wild Folk's take on this south American classic marries bright citrus with Alder-smoked salt and a light jalepeno kick. Each can is 70 calories, with 12g of organic blue agave nectar providing texture & balance.

A perfect drink to share on the beach, soaking in the sun with the sand under your feet. Perfect both for margarita and scotch lovers alike, pair with your favourite smokey spirit or citrus liqueur to dial it up! The perfect pairing with... Mexican food (duh!), cold appetizers, and everything spicy!

• Ingredients: Carbonated water, lime juice, blue agave, fresh orange rind, lightly smoked mesquite wood, loomi lime, dried orange peel, alder smoke salt, herbs, spice. 

The Vermouth Spritz is our take on an Italian 'Amaro'-style bitter herbal cocktail, using traditional herbs and bringing them into modern expression. Made up of 22 herbs, roots, rinds and botanicals the Spritz brings tasting notes to the table that emphasize spicy ginger, earthy hops, and warming cinnamon with a satisfying bittersweet finish. Each can is 70 calories per serving and sweetened with 17g of organic fair-trade cane sugar.

This herbal concoction is the perfect aperitif to stimulate your appetite before a meal and as a pairing with appetizers like charcuterie and smaller salty snacks. It also mixes well with any amaro to add even more botanical depth, or in a Moscow Mule-style cocktail with vodka & lime.
