Wild Folk's Bee's Knees takes you back to the age of big band jazz, speakeasies & the Charleston! Our contemporary take on the prohibition-era classic maintains the timeless combination of gin, lemon & honey. Each can is 37 calories, with 10g of organic honey sourced directly from flowers native to the southern Alberta prairies.

The perfect beverage for picnics in the park and barstools after dark, the Bee's Knees pairs wonderfully with your favourite gin or mixed in equal parts with lighter & fruit-forward beers in a shandy. Also pairs well with seafood dishes (e.g. oysters) and cheese platters.

The Vermouth Spritz is our take on an Italian 'Amaro'-style bitter herbal cocktail, using traditional herbs and bringing them into modern expression. Made up of 22 herbs, roots, rinds and botanicals the Spritz brings tasting notes to the table that emphasize spicy ginger, earthy hops, and warming cinnamon with a satisfying bittersweet finish. Each can is 70 calories per serving and sweetened with 17g of organic fair-trade cane sugar.

Wild Folk's Sparkling Negroni is a complex, hand-crafted blend of 26 herbs, roots, rinds and botanicals reminiscent of gin, campari, and sweet vermouth. This cocktail has medium body and is lightly carbonated, with major tasting notes including fresh rhubarb, bright citrus rind, and warming spices. 80 calories per can, and sweetened with 100% organic fair-trade cane sugar.

Perfect as a post-meal digestif, the Sparkling Negroni is a stand-alone cocktail that deserves your full attention and palate. Mixes well with gin and other neutral spirits; pairs beautifully with everything from bold tomato-based pastas to decadent chocolate cakes.

Each can is 70 calories, with 12g of organic blue agave nectar providing texture & balance.
